📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the STRA, including stocking, ordering, and distributing medications.
• Ensure compliance with STRA regulations and guidelines.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all products are stored and handled according to STRA standards.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical services to customers, including counseling and advice on medication use.
• Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the STRA and attract new customers.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure that the STRA meets all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Active STRA (Sistem Toko Ritel Apotek) license and certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of STRA regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
