Your fieldwork will involve conducting site surveys using advanced tools such as Ekahau and AirMagnet, ensuring optimal Wi-Fi coverage and signal strength for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys using advanced tools such as Ekahau and AirMagnet.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds.
• Document and report on network conditions, including signal strength, coverage, and interference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network solutions.
• Provide technical support to our field teams, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements for our network infrastructure.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Cisco Packet Tracer.
• Experience with site survey tools like Ekahau and AirMagnet.
