📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to job specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend machine lifespan.
• Train and mentor new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating laser cutting machines.
• Familiarity with CNC laser cutting software, such as Nesting, Mastercam, or similar.
• Strong understanding of material science and properties.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers and other operators.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to handle and move heavy materials.
• Valid certification in laser cutting machine operation (preferred but not required).
