As a Maintenance Planner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives. You will utilize SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to manage work orders, schedules, and resources, ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Optimize maintenance workflows to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, with a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize maintenance workflows using SAP PM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on maintenance data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with maintenance management best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to travel to various plant locations as needed.
