📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform eye refraction tests using advanced equipment such as the Topcon or Nidek refractor.
• Assist customers in selecting the right frames, lenses, and accessories, providing expert advice based on their vision needs.
• Record and maintain accurate customer eye health data using the company's optical management system.
• Recommend and upsell additional eye care services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with the optical team to maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of optical products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the optical industry to offer cutting-edge solutions to customers.
• Assist in training new team members on optical products, services, and customer service best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in optical sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Familiarity with eye refraction equipment such as Topcon or Nidek refractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using optical management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Certification in basic eye care or optical sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma in optometry or opticianry is a strong asset.
