📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including blood tests, urine analysis, and microbiological testing using advanced equipment such as Sysmex XT series and Cobas e411 analyzer.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Record and analyze test results, preparing detailed reports for doctors and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
• Participate in quality control processes and audits to maintain high standards of laboratory practice.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical laboratory technology and practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, preferably in a high-volume hospital or clinic.
• Certification from a reputable organization such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) such as LabSoft or Cerner is a plus.
