📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily sales operations across multiple retail locations in Bali.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Train and mentor sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sales performance using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sales events and initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales supervision or retail management.
