Local Easy Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Jimbaran, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store meets all business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience in inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
