📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our facilities and services.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
