📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze operational data using SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their operational skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and operations, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors.
• Proven experience with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
