📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations
• Support the logistics and supply chain team in managing inventory, procurement, and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations through innovative ideas and solutions
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of operational reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
