📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Review and edit technical content to maintain consistency and readability.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Manage and organize technical documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery.,Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure technical documentation aligns with product goals.,Create and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record in creating and managing technical documentation.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
