Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance reviews.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.Prepare and present sales reports to management.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales performance.Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
