📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team at the counter to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Train and develop sales team members to improve their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Promote and upsell products and services to increase sales revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
