📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of operators, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough quality checks and inspections.,Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to address production challenges.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production management and record-keeping.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
