📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Train and mentor junior commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing of kitchen supplies.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Coordinate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.,Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
