📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs in collaboration with the Training and Development Manager.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in the administration of training records and schedules.
  • Support the Training and Development Manager in managing the training budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development or a related role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with training software and tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
