Nusantara Property is a leading real estate company in Bali, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali.

As a Junior Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies for our projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in procurement to gain valuable industry experience and grow their career in the real estate sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies for construction projects.
  • Support the purchasing team in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
