Indonesia Dairy is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our hybrid team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and development. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to attract and retain top talent.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Sulawesi Selatan.
