Plus Local Abadi is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle HR inquiries and provide information to employees and managers.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
