Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Participate in company events and activities to promote a positive work culture.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with property development industry is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
