📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, using our property management system (PMS).
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using our front desk software.
• Assist with the setup and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
• Promote our surfcamp’s amenities, activities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our front desk procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role, preferably in a surfcamp or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid ID and the ability to work legally in Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for the surf and outdoor lifestyle, and a passion for Bali’s culture and community.
