📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.,Collaborating with the QC team to identify and resolve quality issues.,Documenting inspection results and maintaining detailed records.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.,Providing feedback and guidance to production teams to enhance quality.,Participating in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.,Ensuring compliance with all quality control policies and procedures.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control inspection.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
