📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and operational costs.,Support the Fleet Manager in implementing fleet management software and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks related to fleet operations.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as needed for fleet-related tasks.
