📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage time and resources effectively to meet daily targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
