🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or server role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or café.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Bali, is a strong asset.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
