📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and logistics.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance and compliance.,Provide training and support to operational staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
