📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
