📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in managing the hotel's daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory and supplies.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on hotel performance and guest feedback to the Captain.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
