📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
