In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to capture market share in the manufacturing and automotive industries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing and automotive industries in the APJ region.,Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to drive revenue growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.,Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the go-to-market strategy accordingly.,Measure and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.,Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive long-term business growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing or automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.,Extensive experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.,Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.,Proficiency in data and analytics, with a strong understanding of how data can be used to drive business decisions and growth.,Familiarity with Databricks' data and AI technologies, and the ability to articulate their value to potential customers and partners.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in the APJ region is a plus.
